Frank Tumwebaze responds to Daily Monitor

Show Biz - Tue, 02/21/2017 - 21:41

The Minister for ICT and National Guidance Hon. Frank Tumwebaze has responded to the article published in today’s Daily Monitor (21st February 2017) which he said he was misquoted. The article was about proposed dialogue between President Yoweri Museveni and his bitter rival Kiiza Besigye of the FDC.

“My Brief Response to Monitor earlier today;

As I said before, Government is not aware of any planned or proposed “talks” or “dialogue” between President Museveni and former Presidential Candidate Dr Kiiza Besigye. Cabinet has not discussed anything to that effect. It’s wrong to give an impression that the so called “talks” are being pursued covertly and secretly. There is nothing like that. If there are people who want President Museveni and Kiiza Besigye to meet and talk, let them say so and make known the issues they want to present to the President,” Frank Tumwebaze.

Surprise, Shock as Big Brother Cancels Nominations

Show Biz - Tue, 02/21/2017 - 21:20

Biggie to announce evicted housemates only to voting public

Kemen, Marvis sentenced to isolation

Bally and Bisola’s immunity withdrawn for this week

This week’s nomination show took an unexpected turn when Big Brother canceled all the nominations by the housemates, saying he would decide who would be evicted come Sunday night.

The decision came after Big Brother exposed a plot between Kemen and Marvis in a video he played on screen to the housemates. A furious Big Brother sentenced Kemen and Marvis to the isolation booth and also, withdrew Bisola and Bally’s earned advantages. Meanwhile, Big Brother had earlier in the day issued a warning to fake housemates, Jon and Ese, after he screened their conspiracy and scolded them for breaking the rules.

The gloom in the house was palpable as the housemates are now at the mercy of Big Brother, who will not be revealing the identities of the housemates for possible eviction to them but will share the information with the voting public.

Interestingly, a look at the nomination results shows that fake housemates – Ese and Jon – had the highest number of nominations. Ese was nominated by Uriel, Marvis, Debie-rise, Bassey, Efe and Kemen; while Bally, Uriel, Debie-rise and Kemen nominated Jon. Perhaps the surprising twist was that Thin Tall Tony (TTT) did not have one single nomination and Uriel recorded her highest ever nomination nods. TBoss, TTT, Ese and Bisola put her up for possible eviction. However, these results will no longer hold, as Big Brother will make his selection for the week.

With viewers wondering what ‘Biggie’ could possibly be up to, the countdown to Sunday night’s eviction on 26 February has officially begun.

3 Things men don’t understand about women’s bodies

Bigeye - Tue, 02/21/2017 - 18:01

There are lots of things men don’t understand about women and their bodies. Depending on how you’re wired, a lot of men love to look at women, this fascinates men.

While some men try to understand women so they can be better and sensitive lovers, others plainly don’t try at all.
They just continue like the woman’s body should respond to them regardless of how they approach the lady’s body. Abby Stern, Bolde helps us understand things about what men don’t know or some just choose to ignore.

1. Foreplay

It’s not optional, it’s essential unless she specifically told you to skip the foreplay because you and your partner are spicing things up or a rape fantasy thing. If it isn’t either of the two scenarios, then you cannot skip it. It’s even better for the sex. Foreplay gets people into the mood, riles up the emotions and hormones required for sex and if you can throw in an orgasm before the real sex.

Brotherly, you’re doing God’s work and you’ve excelled. Also learn how to stimulate your lady’s clitoris, you need to know how to work on that one.

2. Breast Size

Some ladies are quite sensitive about their bodies and thus can make them insecure. The same way you feel about your dick. Sorry, this remark isn’t meant for the hung-like-a-horse guy, it’s meant for the guy with the small penis. Men can get away with small penis easier than a lady with small boobs. We can literally tell who has small boobs and whose boobs are big by just looking at them, and we don’t even need to see them unpacked to tell while ladies cannot tell by just looking at a dressed crotch. SAD!

For one, women with large boobs are jealous of those with small boobs and vice versa. So, it’s actually very uncool to say something about a woman’s breast size. You should be fine with touching them, let’s move along now.

3. PMS

Premenstrual Syndrome, for clarification purposes. PMS and period aren’t the same, so let’s just clear that up very quickly. PMS has  not so good symptoms that happens between when a woman is ovulating and before she starts getting her period.

This can manifest in several ways both physically and emotionally. It can range from mood swings, food craving, depression, irritation, acne and tender breasts.

How To Style A Cold Shoulder

Chano8 - Tue, 02/21/2017 - 17:45

Gorgeous red chiffon cold shoulder dress

Enjoy a breezy sunny day with old shoulder ensemble anywhere with a few styling guidelines
I have conceded to the fact that the heat is here to stay. So short of wearing chiffon throughout the next march as we attend 77 DOGS ask the lord to bless us with friendlier weather. I realized how freeing it is to wear a cold shoulder top or dress.
The best part of this is you can wear of the cold shoulder styles be it body com dresses or frill tops. They can be worn anywhere.

Amazing off shoulder frill jumpsuit from Jadore

They can be accessorized according to the occasion but pants or pencil skirt for office and a cut out cold shoulder dress for a dinner date. The over sized cold shoulder dresses are amazing for a barbecue or cocktail.

high waist shorts paired the cold shoulder top. note the wedges and bag!

When it comes to shoes, with the dinner pumps are fine; same applies to the office ensemble. The outdoors barbecue then flat sandals, be it gladiator sandals or slip ons even just flat or wedged canvas can do.

Belts and hats are a good addition if you feel your outfit is not too busy, maybe you have bold hues and you want to spruces things up with some color.

The colored belt coupled with the hat and large leather bag, picnic outfit complete

You could wear your hair tampered, untidy bun of just down. For necklaces anything is ok, but maybe the earrings could be simple.

minimalist accessories are just perfect

7 Things That Matter Less Than You Think In A Relationship

Bigeye - Tue, 02/21/2017 - 17:45

Choosing a romantic partner is one of the most important decisions you’ll make in life. (Or not choosing one ― we see you, single-by-choice people!)

While it’s important to be selective, experts agree that there are some qualities that are less crucial than most people think. Below, they share seven of them.

1. Your partner fits your “type.”

At this point, you know your physical type: dark hair, tall, tattooed ― hey, you can’t help what you like. Still, don’t be so quick to swipe left on people who don’t fit that profile. Looks change over time anyway.

2. You share the same interests and hobbies.

Dating someone who loves sci-fi movies and camping as much as you do is fun, but your interests don’t have to align completely for the two of you to last. They aren’t the glue that holds a relationship together over time. Shared values around money, commitment and children are more important than hobbies and sports. A common interest in hobbies are icing on the cake, but that genuine connection could be lurking below the surface.

3. You never argue.

Don’t buy into the myth that a happy relationship is argument-free. Successful, healthy couples do argue, they just handle fights better. It’s really about your ability to resolve conflict once it’s started.”

4. You have the same level of education.

You’re severely limiting yourself ― not to mention being a bit of a snob ― if you’re only dating people with similar educational backgrounds. Remember, some of the most intelligent and successful people in the world were ‘college dropouts’: Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, just to name a few. What matters more is your ability to engage in meaningful and stimulating conversations. You just need to be on the same page intellectually.

5. You can always depend on your partner for entertainment.

Sure, you and your partner should have fun together ― but they shouldn’t be your sole source of excitement. Many clients complain about this and I tell them that their partner’s job is not to be their entertainment. What you need is a partner who is game to do things when the urge to do something arises. If you’re bored, what are you going to do about it? There’s no point expecting your partner to provide excitement and entertainment all the time.

6. You’re both financially secure and on the path to make even more.

Financial security and similar spending habits will reduce anxiety about paying the bills and generally make your household run smoother. Money matters, but accumulating wealth doesn’t necessarily lead to a more fulfilling relationship.

7. Your friends and family think your S.O. is amazing.

You want your inner circle to support your relationship, but they don’t have to be your partner’s biggest fans. We should be mindful not to put too much weight on what ‘the peanut gallery’ thinks about our relationship.
